Retail Managers
Requirements

* Aged 23 and above

* Min. 2-3 years experience with any retail organization

* Degree/Diploma in any disciplines with basic fitness knowledge will be added an advantage

* Possess strong leadership, communication and excellent customer service skills

* Provide leadership and management of the retail store to achieve business performance targets and revenue growth

* Responsible in the implementation of retail strategies, systems and outlet day-to-day operations procedures

* Responsible in the hiring, leading, and motivate fitness-minded and qualified Retail Consultants at the outlets

* Ensure outlet’s sales growth is achieved through effective motivation of sales force

* Drive the team to succeed, encourage initiatives and sharing of best practices
